With over 39 years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician, Gino has contributed to major projects across Canada, including Hydro-Québec power plants, Alberta oil fields, and numerous residential and commercial electrical projects.

As an energetic leader, Gino ensures every electrical project runs smoothly, on time, and on budget, always respecting clients’ blueprints and requirements. His creativity and expertise turn ambitious goals into reality.

Passionate about giving back, Gino played a key role in the reconstruction of Fort McMurray, Alberta, after the 2016 wildfire, demonstrating his commitment to both community and craft.

Holding BC Class A and Alberta Master Electrician certificates, Gino has established himself as a respected leader in the electrical services industry, known for quality, professionalism, and integrity.

Adrian, an expert in business strategy and passionate about strengthening local communities, joined forces with his long-time friend and mentor, Gino Noël, to build ACGN Electric, a fast-growing electrical company on Vancouver Island and the mainland.

Focused and motivated, Adrian organizes company resources to execute projects efficiently and achieve strategic goals. As a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician, holding BC Class A and Alberta Master Electrician certificates, Adrian ensures that every project meets the highest standards.

Over his 10-year career, Adrian has contributed to a variety of projects, from residential complexes to industrial plants across Alberta and B.C. He leads the ACGN team in all aspects of project management, including budgets, estimating, design, and execution, while shaping the long-term vision for the company.
